Background
After completing engineering and business degrees in Switzerland, Steven joined a manufacturer of underwater electrical connectors in San Diego, CA. During his tenure there, he created a successful sales team, quadrupling sales. After running this company
for its absentee owner, Steven took the helm for his next adventure: an extended sail across the Pacific. The experience provided him with unique, first-hand knowledge of the importance for employing appropriate equipment that withstands the forces of nature.
